VSP Vision is vision coverage on its own, on VSP, the largest independent eye doctor network, in every state. Anyone 18 to 100 can enroll, and there are no waiting periods. Your eye exam is a $10 copay every 12 months (reimbursed up to $45 out of network). Standard single vision, bifocal or trifocal lenses are a $25 copay every 12 months. Frames get a $130 allowance every 24 months, or $70 at Costco, Walmart or Sam's Club. Or use $130 toward contact lenses instead of glasses, every 12 months. There's a $6 monthly admin fee and a one-time $25 processing fee.
